This feature is exclusively available in our PRO plan.

The Search Page in the Audio Library allows you to efficiently find and manage your audio files. Use this page to search, filter, and perform bulk actions on your audio assets.

Open this page in the Dashboard: Dashboard > Audio > Library


1. Search Field

Use the search field to find audio files by entering the artist name or title. You can search across various audio types, including Music, Jingles, Ads, Podcasts, and Controls (e.g., AdsWizz placeholders).

2a. Filters

Refine your search using general filters. Options include:

  • Release date

  • Category

  • Audio type lists: (e.g., audio files in a specific playlist or podcast series)

  • Audio type: (e.g., Music, Jingle)

  • Top level genre (for Music)

  • ISRC code available: (Yes/No)

  • Cover available: (Yes/No)

  • Unprocessed

  • Duplicates

2b. Descriptive Metadata Filters

If you subscribe to descriptive metadata, use these advanced filters to further refine your search:

  • Genre

  • Voice: (e.g., male, female, instrumental)

  • Mood

  • Voice Presence

  • Energy Level

  • Keywords: (e.g., vacation mood)

  • Emotional Profile: (e.g., positive, variable)

  • Energy Dynamics

3. Viewing Track Details

Click on an audio file to open the track detail page. There, you can:

  • Edit Metadata: (e.g., Audio Type, Artist, Title)

  • Link Content: Add articles or links to the file.

  • View Descriptive Metadata

  • Access Wave Editor: Adjust cue points for playback.

4. Playing Audio Files

Click on an audio file's cover image to play it directly from the list.

5. Performing Bulk Actions

Select one or more audio files to perform bulk actions such as:

  • Add to Playlist

  • Add to Podcast

  • Add to Livestream

  • Add to Category

  • Remove Files

Be cautious when removing files, as this action cannot be undone without confirmation.

6. Adding New Audio Files

To add new files:

  • Click 'Add Track' to upload files from your computer.

  • Alternatively, drag and drop files directly into the list.

7. Understanding File Status

Monitor the status of your audio files:

  • Green (Complete): File is fully converted and ready for use.

  • Orange (Ready to Edit): File needs cue points.

  • Orange (Generating): File is still being processed.

  • Red (Not Converted): File failed to convert.

  • Red (Error Converting): Conversion was interrupted; requires regeneration.

  • Red (Corrupt Audio File): File is corrupt and cannot be converted.

If an audio file fails to generate properly, you can manually trigger a regeneration by clicking the button located under the status.
