Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is the central hub where you can create, import, publish, and measure all content within your app and on your website. Additionally, you have the capability to manage, view and export user profiles.

Library (only in PRO)

Available only in our PRO Plan
Access and manage your cloud-based audio database. Edit and expand content seamlessly.

Audio

• Livestreams
  Add new livestreams by using existing URLs and include relevant assets like images.

• Podcasts
  Manage podcasts and their episodes. Edit metadata and modify episode lists as needed.

• Playlists
  Available only in our PRO Plan
  Create or edit interactive music playlists from your cloud-based music database and publish them instantly.

• Groups
  Combine livestreams in a Group.

Scheduling (only in PRO)

• Music
  Set up automated scheduling for playlists using Music Scheduling Tools based on categories and clocks.

Editorial Content

• Articles
  Access rich text articles created in the Dashboard Editor or imported from external sources via RSS feeds. Link them to contests or categories.

• Links
  Manage links and associated metadata, whether manually created or imported from external sources via RSS feeds. Categorize them as needed.

• Videos
  Add externally hosted videos via links or import videos automatically through RSS feeds. Edit metadata and categorize videos.

• Embeddings
  Integrate iFrames to display external content such as ads, videos, or surveys by providing the iFrame code and dimensions.

• PDF
  Upload PDFs manually to be displayed as slide shows in your apps or on your website.

• Tags
  Edit all tags used for content categorization on your platforms.

Shows

• Live Shows
  Create shows and link them to your livestreams. Add content to be displayed in the app and on the website during live broadcasts.

• Shows Calendar
  Plan and schedule shows for each livestream in the calendar, ensuring the app and website display show information at the scheduled times.

Imports

• RSS Feeds
  Import articles, links, or videos from external sources and set up import rules.

App Editor

• Main Screens
  Edit content on your main screens in real-time.

• Detail Screens
  Edit content on the sub screens of those audio formats.

  • Playlist
    Available only in our PRO Plan
    Edit content on playlist detail screens.

  • Podcast
    Edit content on podcast detail screens.

  • Livestream
    Edit content on livestream detail screens.

Community

• App Users
  Access first-party user data generated by the app or website, including export options and filters.

• Permissions
  Distribute content access rights based on user status (Guest, Registered, or Premium).

• Audiences
  Create and manage user groups based on status and characteristics such as age, gender, region, etc.

• Regions
  Create regions based on postal codes.

Activation

• Push Notifications
  Compose and schedule push notifications for app users. Add actions (e.g., open a podcast) and choose whether to target all users or specific groups.

• Call-to-Actions
  Whether it's polls, contests, or user input via messaging channels, CTAs help boost interactivity while offering valuable insights and user data.

Campaigns

• Coupon Campaigns
  Create digital coupons using QR codes, barcodes, or keywords. Decide the distribution to user groups and analyze campaign results.

• Contests
  Set up contests linked to articles via the Hot Button (one-click entry). Define participation requirements, export participant lists, and manage winners.

Analytics

• Analytics Dashboard
  Access performance insights for your apps and select the time periods for analysis.

Revenue Cat

Available only if in-app payments are set up. Links to the Revenue Cat Dashboard.

Settings

• Apps
  Create content categories, manage reporting, and adjust app screens not covered by the App Editor.
