1. Livestream Description

  • Name (required): Displayed as the main name of the stream (e.g., channel name) on the app and website.

  • Subtitle: Shown as a tagline or slogan on the app and website.

  • Internal note: For internal use only; does not appear on user platforms. Useful for describing versions (e.g., ad-free). Helps differentiate between Livestreams with identical names.

  • Tags: Displayed on detail pages and certain sections of the app and website. Limit to 3 relevant tags per Livestream to avoid redundancy.

  • Live channel URL (required): Provided by your Livestream provider. Ensure it is not a player URL. To display your Livestream metadata (artist, title, and song cover) with the Livestream, please follow the setup instructions provided.
Go to: Livestream Metadata Integrations: Methods and Requirements

  • Live video URL: If broadcasting video alongside audio (audio-to-video), enter the video URL here. Ensure it is not a player URL and that the provided content is for the same program as the audio stream. To ensure a seamless experience, verify that the video stream is not delayed, as users can switch between audio and video Livestreams in the fullscreen player.

2. Cover Pictures

Upload two images in dimensions 1200x1200 and 1200x678 pixels. Drag and drop or click to open your local directory. Prepare images according to our guidelines to avoid overlaying sensitive information. Refer to our article for best practices.

3. Sponsor

Add a sponsor to each Livestream for prominent display across user platforms.

  • Logo: Essential for adding a sponsor. For best results, use a horizontally elongated logo rather than a square one. Refer to our design tips.

  • Link: Optional. Add a link to be associated with the sponsor's logo.

  • Sponsor Tag: Optional. Add a message like "Sponsored by" around the sponsor's logo.

4. Publishing

  • Checkbox "Enable pre-rolls from external audio ad server": Enable this option to play a pre-roll ad from your external ad server when the Livestream starts. For more granular control of pre-roll settings, refer to the Settings section.

Ensure you complete the setup with your ad server before using this feature.
