User Profile
1. Internal Note
You can leave internal notes on any user profile to support communication and account management. Notes are only visible to dashboard administrators and are never shown to users. Typical use cases include:
Documenting special requests or support interactions
Flagging unusual activity or duplicate accounts
Adding context about user-specific behavior, participation, or feedback
To add a note:
Open the user profile
Scroll to the "Notes" section
Enter your comment and click "Add Note"
2. View Contest Participation
The profile also shows a list of all contests the user has participated in across your apps. For each contest entry, you can view:
The contest name and date
Submission details (e.g., answer or uploaded file, if applicable)
Status (e.g. winner)
Why do some registered users have incomplete profiles?
While the registration form collects various data points, none are mandatory except for the email address. This flexible setup enables seamless onboarding and supports Single Sign-On (SSO) with Apple and Google. By removing barriers, we reduce registration drop-offs.
About Apple’s Private Relay Emails
When users sign in with Apple, they can choose to mask their real email address. In such cases, we receive a relay address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. These users can still receive email campaigns, but Apple requires that your sender email is verified in App Store Connect. This allows Apple to forward messages to the user’s real address.
To set up your sender domain, please contact Support.
