Response Channels

Here you can manage your external Response Channels for Call-to-Actions.

Open this page in the Dashboard: Dashboard > Settings > Apps

Click the pencil icon next to the desired app and go to "Response channels" in the header menu


How Response Channels Used?

In Call-to-Actions, you can define Response Channels - these are the channels through which your users can respond to or engage with your CTA. Want to understand the difference between internal and external Response Channels?

External Response Channels

External channels allow users to contact you via third-party platforms such as social media, messaging apps, phone, or email. You can enter the relevant links and contact details in this section.
