The Descriptive Metadata Page provides detailed information about tracks that is generated by AI. These advanced descriptions enhance the categorization and filtering of songs on the Library Search Page. This data is only available for tracks classified as Music and is not editable.
Open this page in the Dashboard: Dashboard > Audio > Library
Click on the track and select "Descriptive Meta Data" on the Track Detail menu
1. Top-Level Information
Energy
Displays the song's energetic impact and how it fluctuates throughout the track.Top-Level Genres
Provides an overview of the primary genres and the musical era's sound characteristics.Characteristics
Includes details about the tempo and key of the song.Voice
Describes the distribution of voices by gender and dominance within the track.
2. Keywords
A list of keywords associated with the song, indicating activities the song suits or the emotions experienced while listening.
3a. Percentual Breakdown
Mood
Shows the percentage of the song that represents various emotional states.
Genre
Indicates the percentage of each genre present in the song.
Subgenre
Available only if the genre is not Pop
Provides the percentage breakdown of sub-genres within the song.
Voice Presence
Displays the percentage of male and female voices heard in the song.
3b. Voices
A graphical representation showing when different genders are present in the track, with instrumental sections marked accordingly.
4. Instruments
A graphical representation indicating the timing and proportion of different instruments heard throughout the track.
How can I obtain descriptive metadata for my songs?
To enable this, we need to have your music database analyzed by AI. This service is not included automatically in the PRO model and must be booked separately.
