On the Group Detail Page, you can configure and manage the contents of your audio group, set a primary livestream, and ensure synchronization of show information across group content.
Open this page in the Dashboard: Dashboard > Audio > Groups

Overview
1. Group Name
Purpose: Enter a name for your group.
Visibility: This name is used for internal purposes only and will not appear on user platforms.
2. Type
Current Option: Livestreams.
Future Options: Ability to group other audio formats like podcasts.
Important: When creating a new group, only the Overview Page is initially visible. The Content Page becomes accessible only after saving the group. Follow these steps to create a new group:
Select "Add Audio Group" on the Groups Search Page.
On the Group Detail Page, input a name and select livestreams.
Save the group.
Reopen the group and navigate to the second tab, "Content."
Content
1. Add a Livestream to the Group:
Select Livestream: Choose a previously created livestream from the dropdown menu.
Custom Name: Enter a custom name for the livestream. This name will be displayed in the group selection menu (Switcher) on user platforms. For example, if you have different regions or languages for a livestream, specify the region or language here. Avoid using the sender's name, which is already communicated through the livestream itself.
Sync Protection Checkbox: If enabled, show scheduling information for the livestream being added will not be synchronized with other livestreams in the group. This is useful if you want to exclude specific livestreams from synchronization.
Add at least two livestreams to the group.
2. Edit Group Content:
Edit Name: Click the pencil icon to change the name of a livestream within the group.
Set Primary: Click "Set Primary" to designate this livestream as the primary one. Show information from this livestream will be transferred to other group contents. Once set, the button changes to "Unset Primary" (red). Click again to remove this designation.
Sync Protection: Use this feature to protect specific livestreams from receiving show information from the primary livestream.
Remove Livestream: Click the X to remove a livestream from the group. The livestream itself is not deleted, only its entry in the group.
3. Sync:
Purpose: Synchronize show calendar information from the primary livestream with all other livestreams in the group, except those marked with Sync Protection. Ensure that shows are created and scheduled for the primary livestream before using this function.

Note: The Sync feature saves time by avoiding the need to create identical show information multiple times for all livestreams in the group.
