Campaign Setup

1. Settings

In the Settings section, define the following attributes:

  • Name: The campaign name.

  • Application: Select the relevant application if you manage more than one.

  • Distribution Type: Choose how the coupon is triggered for distribution.

    • Auto Send: Coupons are distributed automatically based on the campaign start time.

    • Registration Promotion: Coupons are issued upon user registration completion.

  • Audiences: Select from pre-created audiences available on your Dashboard. Learn more about creating an Audience here: Audiences

  • Start time: Set when the campaign becomes active (must be scheduled for a future time).

  • End time: Define when the campaign should deactivate and cease Coupon distribution.

Important: Coupons are only sent if they expire before the campaign ends. If the Expiration Time for User (see below) is later than the Campaign EndTime, no Coupons will be distributed.

2. Coupon Requirements

In this section, specify the required user actions for activating a Coupon.

  • Phone number required: If this checkbox is selected, a user must provide a phone number to activate a Coupon. Guest users must register before activating a Coupon.

3. Code Settings

Customize the rules and restrictions for your Coupon redemption codes to meet your

business needs.

Configuration options include:

  • Total Number of Codes: Maximum number of Coupon codes available for issuance.

  • Expiration Time for User (hours): Duration within which the Coupon code must be activated after being received. Failure to activate within this period results in expiration.

    • Please note that a Coupon can be distributed multiple times during the campaign period. For optimal results, the expiration time for user should be less than half the overall campaign duration. For instance, in a 10-day campaign with a 96-hour (4-day) expiration time per user, any Coupon not redeemed within 4 days will be sent to another user, increasing the chance of redemption.

  • Activation Duration (seconds): The timeframe in which a user must redeem the Coupon code following activation.

  • Distribution Interval (minutes): For campaigns that require batch distribution, this sets the delay between each distribution cycle. Coupons will be sent in batches until all are distributed or the campaign concludes.

    • The minimum value for this field is 15.

  • Number of Coupons per Interval: Defines how many Coupons are issued at each distribution interval.

  • Code Image Type: Determines the visual format of the Coupon code (e.g., QR code), configurable based on industry standards.

Additional Options:

  • Unique Codes: If you prefer all Coupons to reference a single code, select this option.

  • File Import: If you have pre-prepared Coupon codes, import them using the designated upload section.

    • Use a CSV file with the following structure:

      • One code per line

      • Starting on line 1

      • No blank lines

      • No extra information (e.g. titles or other text)

4. Coupon Description

Tailor your Coupon’s appearance by providing:

  • Coupon Title

    • Keep it short.

  • Coupon Subtitle

    • Keep it short.

  • Coupon Description

    • Describe the discount in detail and provide a step-by-step guide for redeeming the Coupon. For example:

      • 1. Visit this store (Google Maps link).

      • 2. Activate the Coupon at checkout.

Also, include a link to the Coupon terms for clarification. Do not mention campaign period details, as these are automatically displayed based on the Coupon settings.

A preview will show how the Coupon appears within the app as you enter these details.

5. Brand Settings

Enhance your campaign’s visual identity by specifying your brand name and uploading your

brand logo.

  • Preferably, use square logo icons. Horizontal logos or logos with minimal detail are not suitable. They should be provided as transparent PNG files.

6. Finalizing the Campaign

Once you have completed all sections for your new Coupon campaign, select the Create Campaign option on the campaign detail page to create the Coupon codes.

  • Important: Once this step is complete, the campaign can no longer be edited.
